Weekly Jobs Update - Jan 2, 2020

54 new remote jobs at Kiva, Datadog, Treehouse, Stripe, Shopify, ConvertKit ...

Every week I send out a free summary of the week’s best new remote jobs to help you find the perfect opportunity to join a team and work remotely.

Happy New Year to each of you.

Before hiring season returns in full force, now is an opportunity for you to think about why you want to work remotely. This will help you clarify your direction and career goals for the year.

Last year, the remote job market felt different, a good different.

More companies are hiring remotely, and there are more opportunities across roles.

For 2020, I plan to change things.

NODESK turned four last year.

I created the project to be a curated collection of resources for digital nomads and remote workers. But over time, the focus has changed.

Today, NODESK is all about remote work and helping people find remote jobs. And this is my mission for 2020. I want to help you find a remote job.

But to do this, I need your input and support. NODESK is a bootstrapped project, and I’m a solo founder.

If you apply for a position, please mention to the hiring company that you found it on NODESK. If you know someone that is hiring remotely, please share NODESK with them.

What more can I do to help you find a job? What roles are hard for you to find? What would you like to see on NODESK that would make your job search easier?

Get in touch with your comments, feedback, and how your job search is going.

Best wishes for the New Year,

 -Daniel

The Future of Work is Remote

I built NODESK because I believe remote work is the future of work. Remote work can create a more productive, diverse, and equal workplace. If you believe in what I’m doing, share NODESK with as many people as possible.

Share. Subscribe. Tweet. That’s how we get more companies to embrace remote work and help people find remote jobs.

As always, if you have any comments, feedback or want to get in touch, send me a note. Thanks for subscribing.
